And the Shaina survey says: ... nom nom nom ... drool ... nom nom ... I heart you, SDLT burger ... What? You want me to enhance you with extra toppings? Just stay the way you are. Never change. Never change. Never. Your Wolf's Neck beef flavor is just so right and layered in house cured fatty bacon and a slice of perfect cheese? Rawwr. The spicy aoli is a mystery to me providing just the right flavor to pull it all together. And the bun: a proportionately appropriate vehicle for delivery to my mouth. I barely even had to chew, and yet you never fell apart! The pommes frites? The pickles? When will we meat again?

ReplyDeleteThe meat tastes DE.LI.CI.OUS!!!! and the added spiced aioli is heaven.
Did I mention the cheese? OH the cheese!!!
And the fries!!! drizzled with truffle oil and sprinkled with rosemary.
