  1. Not a place I'd bring a date, but for a date with a burger ... yes.

I appreciate the simplicity of the establishment and yet you get to choose not from one or two typical burger types (beef or veggie), but four! If you're feelin' healthy, get the vegan black bean or the salmon burger. If you're feelin' like you need some poultry with substance, chomp on the turkey burger. If you want to get your ultimeat on, then opt for the beef.

How'd They Taste, You Ask ...
I ordered the salmon, feeling adventurous, and personally didn't enjoy too much. Not that it was bad, it was fine, but I realized quickly that ... meh ... I'm just not a huge salmon fan. Perhaps with a dollop of the wasabi mayo next time.

I stole half my friends' black bean burger, which I found to be quite delightful. Moist, meaty, pulled together, and flavored with some cumin (mayhaps?), which kept me wanting more... (keep your comments to yourself, friend.)

Four Burgers is clean, the guys and gals in the back know how to cook the burgers they serve, service with a smile, quick service as well, and moderate prices. Of course beer is a key component for full beer enjoyment (in my mind) and they have some lovely offerings. Other key components are fries (both slim hand cut and sweet potato): check; milk shakes: check; and free refill fountain soda: check.

And though the bathrooms are located downstairs, at least they have them!! [hint hint mr. bartleys]

  2. Oh, that was from Shaina, by the way. I voted 3.5 stars for Four Burgers.
